* Obsidian Spur, a guild with members of the Penny Arcade forum.
* Works as Intended, the merger of OS and another guild. I was an officer in WAI.
* The Guild, what became after a failed merger of WAI and a PVP-guild. I was an officer in The Guild.

Why are you no longer a member of the guild(s) listed above?:
I quit playing and then I moved server.

What is your endgame PvE experience (40/25man raids pre TBC / TBC)?
My experience is mainly 40-mans. We did MC/BWL, AQ and ZG. I quit playing before BC came out and just recently returned, so sadly, NO experience with anything TBC. I'm a quick learner though.

What is your abuse level? How much you can take criticism?:

Write a few sentences explaining the following:

Talents (explain why you're using the spec you are, what specs you've tried, and why you came to the conclusion that this spec suits you best): I chose Mutilate, since It's a great PvE-spec for daggerrogues. I don't really PvP a lot anymore and I solo a lot.

Gear (explain here where you feel your current gear is lacking, and what gear you're aiming for - this is important for poor geared players - as they need to show us how they are working on upgrading outside of raids): My current gear is lacking and I know it. I stopped playing right before BC came out and back then, I actually had some nice stuff. Perditions blade, CHT, bloodfang armor and that sort of stuff. When I returned (a month ago), I was amazed to see that my gear could be replaced with green mobdrops from Outlands.

I leveled 60-70 in a few days, and got all my gear from quest rewards and mobdrops. A few instanceruns and leveling 70-80 in Outlands will probably improve my gear quite a lot.

I have a set of FR-gear in the bank, but I don't know how useful that is anymore, now that people do MC in their lunchbreak.

Guild (why do you want to join Aurora Borealis? What type of guild are you looking for. What do you expect of us, and what are you generally looking for in a guild): First of all, I like the name. I've been checking the Guild Recruitment-channel for a while, and sent some tells. Howa has been very polite, which really is a good thing.

I'm looking for a guild to raid and progress with. People to do instance runs with, trading services with, doing group quests with and so on. A friendly guild, with members that work to push the guild forward.

I'm aware of my lacking gear, but that can and will be solved. Hope to group with you.

Very nice application. Good thing is that you have raided before, you know how to play in raids. At very first, you need to level up to 80 as soon as possible and start getting some gear. As we are soon having enough people to start 10-man raids.
